Committed To Saving Water

We fully recognize our responsibility toward the environment and are committed to addressing water management challenges. We utilize the latest water-saving technologies in our laundry operations, including low liquor ratio washing machines and energy-efficient dryers that require less steam, thereby reducing water usage in the boilers. Our modern RO plant and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) demonstrate our dedication to both quality and water conservation, contributing to a cleaner environment for all stakeholders.

Sustainable Energy

Currently, 60% of our daily energy requirement is met through green energy generated by our solar power system, and we plan to increase this to 90% within the next couple of years.

We have been producing green energy daily for the past two years, which has resulted in a carbon footprint reduction equivalent to planting 1,32000 trees and generates enough electricity to power more than 525 homes.

Adopting The Green Chemistry

Sustainable development lies at the core of our company, and we manage chemical compliance responsibly. We ensure that our manufacturing processes and garments are safe for end-users, our employees, the environment, and the surrounding community.

We closely monitor chemical usage across various production processes and maintain records of global compliance certifications provided by our suppliers, such as ZDHC, HIGG Index, and Oeko-Tex. Each month, we review our chemical tracking, management, and reporting to ensure compliance with Manufacturing Restricted Substances Lists (MRSLs) and Restricted Substances Lists (RSLs). Third-party audits, including those by the HIGG Index, are regularly conducted on-site to verify that our chemical management system aligns with the sustainability goals of our organization, the nation, international brands, and all stakeholders.
